Levain — Privacy Policy

Levain is a baking formula and fermentation tracking app made by 3 Cubs Pty Ltd (ABN 41 686 799 959), an Australian company. This policy explains what information the app handles and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we don't sell it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time.

What we collect

• Sign-in details. Levain uses Sign in with Apple. We receive your email address (or Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide it) and an account identifier. We never see your Apple password.
• Your baking data. The formulas, bake timelines, temperatures and notes you create in the app, synced so they're backed up and available if you reinstall.
• Subscription status. Whether your Levain Pro subscription is active. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card details.

Levain contains no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no analytics SDKs that profile you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with our database provider Supabase in Sydney, Australia, and is protected by access rules so only your signed-in account can read it.

Who else touches it

Three service providers process limited data so the app works:

• Apple — sign-in and subscription billing
• RevenueCat — subscription management (receives an anonymous account identifier and purchase status, never your baking data)
• Supabase — database hosting (Sydney, Australia)

Deleting your data

Open the app → Account tab → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all synced data from our servers immediately. You can also email us at mac@3cubs.com.au and we'll delete it for you.

Access and correction

You can view and edit all your data in the app. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, or a question — email mac@3cubs.com.au.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, email us first and we'll sort it out. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
